Productivity: Standard 2-6:BCS-CA1-2,BCS-CA1-3,BCS-CA1-4,BCS-CA1-5,&BCS-CA1-6
Students will become productive with the use of a variety of input technologies including word processing and/or desktop publishing, spreadsheet,database, and presentation software to create, edir and publish industry appropriate software.
This demonstrates my knowledge of using technology to increase productivity because:
1. It shows that i'm able to use Microsoft word.
2. It's faster than handwriting it.
3. I Could send this to lots of people without making copies.
The following is what I learned from this particular assignment:
In this assignment I learned that there is more to Microsoft Word than just writing a report or a word document.
BCS-CA1-3. Students will use word processing and/or desktop publishing software through a variety of input technologies to create, edit, and publish industry appropriate documents.
This demonstrates my knowledge of using technology to increase productivity because:
1. I can type it up and send it to large organizations.
2. I could also send this to a bunch of people and, not have to make copies.
3. It's also faster than hand writing it.
The following is what I learned from this particular assignment:
In this assignment I actually learn what a memo is and what it is used for.
BCS-CA1-4. Students will use spreadsheet software to create, edit, and publish industry appropriate files.
This demonstrates my knowledge of using technology to increase productivity because:
1. A spread sheet is easier to keep data organized.
2. It can also be used as a record table.
3.It has various categories and it easier for you to see multiple data.
The following is what I learned from this particular assignment:
You can be organize and keep use a spreadsheet to record multiple data.
BCS-CA1-5. Students will use database software to create, edit, and publish industry appropriate files.
This demonstrates my knowledge of using technology to increase productivity because:
1. Its good for you to record data.
2. You dont have to have lots of files just one.
3. Its easier for you to look for someone or something.
The following is what I learned from this particular assignment:
You can only have one major filres and fit lots of things into to it and look for anything in specific. It's a good data keeper.
BCS-CA1-6. Students will use presentation software to create, edit, and publish industry appropriate files.
This demonstrates my knowledge of using technology to increase productivity because:
1.It helps you get the point across faster.
2.It's easier for you to see it and visualize it.
3.It makes the point short and quick.

That you can get a point across pretty fast and with lots information.
